Ryan Reser Patrick Merrigan came to Max Performance during the summer of 2008. He had just finished his high school career at Lewis-Palmer and was looking to improve his performance for the next level. With six weeks before he had to leave for his freshman year of college, Pat was looking to improve his strength, speed, and agility in hopes of walking on to the Dickinson College baseball team. He showed up to every workout ready to work hard and left knowing that he had pushed himself to the fullest that day. After leaving Colorado Springs for Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Pat spent the fall working out and practicing with the Dickinson team. When fall workouts were completed, Pat had earned a spot on the Dickinson roster.

“I started working with Aaron and Phil between my Freshman and Sophomore years in High School. My basketball club utilized their speed and agility clinic. Aaron noticed that some of my movements caused pain in my lower legs. He pushed to find out why. I was diagnosed with Medial Tibial Stess Syndrome and immediately started physical therapy and rehab with them. The therapy, rehab, and specialized workouts with Aaron and Phil pushed me to new levels in basketball, volleyball, and tennis. Although basketball is my love, I was recruited to play all three sports in college. I will be playing both basketball and tennis at the collegiate level in the 2011-2014 school years.
