Some athletes prefer to train in a 1-on-1 setting – one athlete, one coach. This is usually best for athletes who need more one-on-one attention, may have a variable schedule, or need more accountability.
Just as with our group training option, every athlete is first evaluated in a sport screen with one of our licensed physical therapists. This screen checks the athletes strengths, weaknesses, joint integrity, flexibility, and reviews any previous injuries that the athlete may have had. This information, along with the athlete’s sport, age, and training experience is then reviewed with a coach and used to design a program for that athlete.
