The Max Performance group training option is the most popular option among athletes who train in our program. Every athlete will first receive a sport screen from one of our licensed physical therapists. This screen checks the athletes strengths, weaknesses, joint integrity, flexibility, and reviews any previous injuries that the athlete may have had. This information, along with the athlete’s sport, age, and training experience is then used to design a program for that athlete.
The Training Session
Each training session includes pre-hab exercises, dynamic warm-up, speed/agility work, strength training, conditioning, and soft tissue work (foam rolling) – always with a focus on proper form and technique. As athletes learn and become stronger, faster, and better-conditioned, training sessions will progress to continually challenge each athlete.
Max Performance offers programs on a month-to-month basis with options for training one, two, three, or four days per week. Our group training rates can be reviewed here.
