The Max Performance Team Training program is unique to every team that trains under the Max Performance banner. At Max Performance, many of our athletes train with us during their respective off-seasons. As such, many athletes continue to train during their regular season schedule to help maintain the gains they have made during the off-season. At Max Performance, we understand the demands a season will have on an athlete's body, and therefore, tailor the athlete's in-season training to include recovery and maintenance workouts. There's nothing worse than not feeling your best on game day. By taking part in an in-season workout program at Max Performance, athletes will maintain their strength and flexibility, and experience enhanced recovery between practices and games.

The Max Performance 1-on-1 Training program takes the Max Performance program and customizes it specifically for you. We'll take your sport, your position, your goals, and your current strengths and weaknesses to design a program that will elevate your game above and beyond what you thought possible. Athlete and coach will work together to not only make you a better athlete, but to make you the best athlete you can be.
