In-Season Training

Max-AthletesAt Max Performance, many of our athletes train with us during their respective off-seasons.  As such, many athletes continue to train during their regular season schedule to help maintain the gains they have made during the off-season.  At Max Performance, we understand the demands a season will have on an athlete's body, and therefore, tailor the athlete's in-season training to include recovery and maintenance workouts.  There's nothing worse than not feeling your best on game day.  By taking part in an in-season workout program at Max Performance, athletes will maintain their strength and flexibility, and experience enhanced recovery between practices and games.
